Now that we are all pretty much settled into the New Year, and comfortable with our 2018 goals, I wanted to share with you some of my favorite fitness and healthy favorites! These are all things I use daily and truly love for me, so why not share them!?
RX Chocoloate Sea Salt Bars : I just started munching on this as a pre/post workout snack and this is by far my favorite flavor!
Foam Roller : This will save you! Your muscles will thank you.
Gummy Vitamins : So yummy! It's a healthy treat that not only makes you feel good, but helps with your skin, hair, and nails.
Apple Watch : I LOVE this watch! I can track my workouts and activity level.
Yeti : Not only does it keep my water super cold for hours, but if I wanted a hot tea, it keeps it hot too!
Beats : Scotty has them and I steal them all of the time. (Praying this is one of my Valentine's gifts lol)
Select Protein : Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup mixed with water is the perfect post workout treat. (It also comes in other flavors.)
SkinnyTaste Cookbook : OBSESSED!! So many delicious and healthy recipes.
I love finding new products to try out and use. I love walking the aisles of Target and looking at their fitness equipment and weights. We have a few dumbbells lying around the apartment, but I've discovered these and can't stop admiring them...
These weights are adjustable from 10-90 lbs so Scotty and I can both benefit. Hmm...thoughts??
